POSTS STORIES REELS

So yesterday I came across a beautiful Maserati and asked the owner if I could take some photographs of it. He kindly said yes. While he went to park, I had the pleasure of chatting with his wife, learning a bit about her, and she graciously agreed to let me photograph her as well. Moments like this remind me why I love street photography, you never know who you’ll meet.

Feel free to let me know in the comment’s below if you like this style of content. Truly appreciate it! 🙏🏾

Ten years. Thousands of small moments nobody saw. This wasn’t just hair, it was a masterclass in patience and discipline I didn’t know I was signing up for. Today I’m not saying goodbye to who I was, I’m honoring him, and I’m carrying everything he taught me into what’s next.

New chapter. Same discipline. Same patience.

What’s something you’ve been holding onto that it might be time to let go of?

I also want to thank @marioperfectcut
for more then 20 years of excellent service and expertise from him and his team!

Streetphography is so unique to everyone there's nothing like this each eye and person is so different. Ever since I bought that camera talking photographes as never been the same looking at images it self as become really different for me. Especially when you have no human subject trying to make some feel something through the power of imagery is something AI will never be able to take away. Keep posting your art it deserves to be shown and be proud of what you create. #StreetPhotography #MontrealArchitecture #MTLstreets #MontrealPhotographer #YUL by @cgsene

@chef_choober_romulus I’ve known this man for more then 20 years now. It all started at Mdcdz but even though we took different routes, he pushed is culinary skills to the next level and has become one of the greatest chefs in Laval.

His artistry shows @houseofjazzlaval bringing stunning mouth watering dishes and clearly shows the passion he has for serving people a variety of delicious flavours.

Feature dishes 🔥
1 - Tatare de saumon et croustillant de wonton
2 - Jarret d’agneau braisé
3 - Pieuvre Grillé
4 - Plateau Tomahawk

It’s not just food it’s a full on experience.

“Ngl I’ve been slacking on posting lately and I owe y’all an explanation. Overtime’s been brutal, and when I’m not working I want to be present with my daughter, not behind a camera. Something had to give and it was this.

But I’m not trying to make excuses forever. Truth is I never actually built a system for this. I was just posting when I felt like it. So I’m fixing that. Setting real days for content, working it around my schedule instead of hoping I’ll ‘find time.

Appreciate everyone who’s stuck around. More coming soon, just doing it right this time.

The first time I hit record, I stared at that red dot for like 20 minutes before I said a single word.

Felt silly. Felt exposed. Felt like everyone was gonna watch and judge.

Here’s what nobody tells you: that fear doesn’t go away because you get “ready.” It goes away because you hit record anyway, 100 times, while still scared.

Confidence isn’t the prerequisite. It’s the byproduct.

You’re not waiting to feel ready. You’re waiting to stop waiting.

Hit record. Say something. Fix it in post if you have to. But stop letting a camera lens have more power over you than your own goals do.

I used to think planning my week was for people who already had it together. Turns out it’s the thing that gets you there.

I’m not naturally a planner. I’m an early bird — I wake up early because that’s when my head is clearest — but for a long time I was just winging the rest of the day off that momentum. No structure, just vibes. And vibes only get you so far before the day eats you instead of the other way around.

What I’m realizing is that planning isn’t about control for the sake of control. It’s the actual life hack. One organized week doesn’t just fix your week — it snowballs. Better sleep because you know what tomorrow looks like. Better focus because you’re not deciding in real time. Better everything, because your energy stops leaking into indecision and starts going toward the work.

I’m not saying I’ve mastered it. I’m still figuring out my own rhythm with it. But I know enough now to say: if you feel like you’re capable of more but can’t find the traction, start with your week, not your goals. The goals take care of themselves after that.

Are you a planner or a “figure it out as I go” person? Tell me where you land.

More shots from the day I started taking content creation and photography seriously. Still figuring it out, still catching myself second guessing which photos are good enough to post. That need for the perfect shot creeps in more than I’d like to admit. But doubting the work doesn’t grow the work.

Consistency is going to add its self to the challenge more than ever now, vacations are over so I’ll have to manage my time even more now.

Sat there overthinking what to talk about, what angle, what would perform and then I caught myself doing the exact thing I tell people not to do. Overthinking before you even start is creative poison. It kills the process before the process gets a chance to become anything.

We do this to ourselves. We wait for the perfect video, the perfect setup, the perfect version of ourselves — like we need to already be “there” before we’re allowed to begin. But nobody starts finished. The story isn’t the destination, it’s the process. Every movie you’ve ever loved isn’t good because of the ending — it’s good because of the journey to get there. The mess, the doubt, the small wins along the way. That’s the part people actually connect with.

What’s something you’re overthinking right now instead of just starting?

Chasing light and shadows through downtown Montreal. Some days the city just hands you a story, you just have to be ready to catch it.
A lot of lively characters in our city

I wanted to play with shadows a lot, since it’s something I’ve always wanted to tackle first! That day had pretty strong sun light. So the shows were delivered! 😊

Really love the moody vibe I was able to capture in those set of images.
