Building adjustable swings with our guys to help improve barrel control, adjustability, and staying through the middle of the field.

We start in our launch position and react to two different tosses.

⚾️ Ball Tossed (Fastball): Top-hand only, focusing on working through the ball and finishing palm up.

⚾️ Ball Bounced (Off-Speed): Bottom-hand only, focusing on staying through the ball and finishing thumb down.

The biggest focus here is being able to recognize and adjust to different pitches while maintaining a consistent swing path.

Simple drill that gets the guys competing and working on controlling the barrel!
