So Did you Sweat today???💦✅️
The sweatcheck isn't about competing against each other, it's about training daily together although you are hundreds of miles away. It's simply a way to keep us accountable and remind friends and family that you care about them and their wellbeing. ❤️
It all started for me back in 2021 when I met Noel @sweatcheck.coach He is the originator of this movement and it has been a big part of my life since. Its great to be able to sweatcheck again!!!!🙌
Sweatchecks are typically shared in stories. Doesn't have to be a video, a screenshot of strava will do. it doesn't have to be complicated, it doesn't have to be an elaborate production. Tag friends and family you want to motivate to move and show them what you did. 🎯
Let's Grooooooow!!!!!

Sweatcheck started in 2020 as a way to keep my fellow gym members motivated and accounted for. Today, people Sweatcheck all over the country. If i go homeless today, if everything hits the fan today, if today is the last day on earth, so be it. I've filled my duty.
Anyone can Sweatcheck. I encourage everyone to do it. Dont even tag me. Tag YOUR friends and family. Make them move. Make them feel alive. Make them feel part of something bigger than their own desires. And that is creating inspiration and passion to LIVE BY. Anything that moves, is alive. The reciprocal of that is easy: anything that does not move is not alive. It really is that simple. Little movement. Little sweat. Little ✅️. Basically, we some magicians. We making magic. Spread it. #stopplayin #letsgoletsgetit #youalreadyknow by @chainsaw_rick

I have survived the absolute worst life could throw at me!!! Losing my only son shattered my world!!! 😭 I was Broken for many years and making peace with that took everything I had.
To let something that bought me more time here on earth destroy my spirit is absurd!!!💩💩💩
Perspective is everything, and I say that from personal experience. You either play the victim and let it destroy your very existence, or you let the tragedies and trivalations make you Stronger, Wiser, and Better than you were.

14 years, same beach bag, He ALREADY KNOWS the plan!!! 🏖🐕

Felt great to be able to swim with him again today!!!! For months I've been restricted from swimming because of the surgical wounds and catheter.
The colostomy bag held up, but I'll definitely have to get a swim belt for the future.

That was an absolute blast! 📣👏👏👏
It was a little difficult watching everyone run past me, when my heart and mind wanted to “LET ’ER RIP!” It takes a lot of self control, but patience is key while I recover from the abdominoperineal resection (APR, removal of the anus, rectum, and lower sigmoid colon, resulting in a permanent colostomy.)
Honestly, cheering everyone on was just as uplifting as I knew it would be. I do that when I’m racing anyway! From handing out high-fives, seeing good friends, and making sure nobody pulled a wrong turn, I had a total blast!!!😀😀😀
Getting to scoot to the finish line with Curtis was incredibly inspiring, though, every single person out there inspired me today.💦✅️❤️❤️❤️
Let's Gooooooo....SWEATCHECK!!!!

I really wanted to give more this year, more than usual. Recovery has been slow and pretty tough. I had high hopes of being back to running by the Fourth of July, but my body needed more rest. Slowly, like a snail, I’m getting moving again, but feeling weak is definitely an understatement.
This weekend I won't be running the Best Dam Race Freakin’ Hot 5k... Instead, I am so excited to say I’ll be out there as a Course Marshal! 🌴☀️ 😃 Getting outside into the salty breeze under the palm trees is going to be amazing, but the absolute best bonus is getting to cheer on the runners. I better whip out my pom-poms! 😂📣
I'm planning to be back out there running the St. Pete Run Fest in November. I truly believe in my heart that I’ll be ready by then.
If you haven't signed up yet and want to join in on a super awesome, high-energy race, you can use code 26CHAINSAWRICK
for a discount! I can’t recommend this event enough!!!it’s top-tier, with hundreds of cheering spectators and tons of incredible vendors along the course with food and drinks. (Personally, I’ll pass on those adult drinks... I’m already wild enough as it is! 😂🤪)
If you’d like to run it with me, send me a message! We can group up for a super fun run!!!! 💦✅️❤️ Pacing will be nice, moderate, and stress-free. 💙🏃‍♂️ And we can stop at all the stops for food and drinks taking in all the event has to offer, and its abundant!!!!!

Slice of Apocalypse Anyone???🍰

It’s becoming increasingly clear that our industrial agricultural system is compromised. Between E coli contamination and parasite outbreaks, commercial produce is a biohazard. 💀 Personally, I am strictly avoiding fresh, frozen, and packaged produce. Managing an ostomy means I simply cannot afford the risk of severe gastrointestinal complications. That would be crazy!!!! And not the fun crazy i like!!!! 🤪

I bought one butternut squash for a veggie so far, and am incorporating turmeric and black pepper for the natural antiparasitic properties. Even local produce feels like a gamble right now.🎲

I’m buying whole, unprocessed chickens, good red meat, and good dairy. Expensive for sure. 😭💰 Fresh-caught fish (once a week) and quality brown eggs are still in rotation.🐓

Bread is trash!!! Even the bread is see at the “clean” stores still sucks. Homemade sourdough for me please!🍞

What really concerns me tho??? WATER!!!!💦 Now strained by the demands of AI data centers, degraded by environmental runoff, industrial pollution, plus we 💩 in it!?!?🧐 Its a ticking time bomb!!! 💣💣💣 While the Tampa Bay beaches are still safe for swimming, we all know the next algae bloom is just around the corner.🦠🤢
