POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Well, here is a quick 3 minute catch-up. And it still doesn't have everything that's gone on, not even close. But I hope it lets you know what's going on a little bit with the Lionhearts Fitness Ranch

We have endless people to thank, we really do. Right now we're focusing on the @johnsgrading family because they're making it happen for us.

Our families, our Lionhearts families, have been going through a lot the last few months, and the help with the community reaching out has been invaluable.
It takes a whole village.

We have races, training, building, healing, resting and just LIVING going on.

We are entering into the next phase of the Lionhearts Fitness journey and we couldn't be more excited.

Some things have been put on hold, like the Memorial Garden upgrade, but the state of GA is working on the bridge and widening the road. It will be a great help to us when they are finished.

Some things have taken off, like shell's Sylvotherapy and our working with the department of GA agriculture.

The movie is on hold again and we hope we can do something about that, but we know God has a perfect plan.

Gas prices hurt our dirt donations getting to us, then Mike found that we had great resources right here.

Oh and how about my health?? Isn't it just miraculous?

Enjoy the update...love you much. We have a few races coming up..posts soon..Meta is still working on the Lionhearts IG page!

Reporting LIVE 📹 🥉 3rd place podium #sweatcheck 💦✅️🏁 Fast? Relative. Sea level activities, gut wrenching humidity. Fuel? No, just some splashes of water. Feel? Great. One day these races will all just be memories. Today, the memoir grew. Mom and dad here as well. These moments will be remembered forever. I am fortunate for a temple, a body that lets me play however which way. Thanks @disciplined1 for the video. #letsgoletsgetit #youalreadyknow #stopplayin

Its one take jake at the Florida Trail 🎬 !! Smashin the #sweatcheck w no scripts and rehearsals - when your synced w your brethren, it flows like sweat baby!! 💦💦✅️✅️

5 sweaty miles on the Florida Trail w @coach_gavin101 and his dad. My dad was here too, just sightseeing 🚷. Both our dads are retired military so no wonder our energy was unprecedented. So green and lush out here. Soft ground, so much water absorption. Huge spiders. Gav is prepping for the South Carolina @spartan Ultra next month so im stoked for him.

No, we didnt see any 🐊 - people always think we hop alligators in Florida like in the cartoons haha

⛓️💦 Because carrying heavy chains wasn't challenging enough… Mother Nature added a SWAMP! 😂🔥

If one obstacle could sum up the vibe of @spartan Orlando, THIS would be it!

Normally known for its flat, beginner-friendly terrain, all the rain leading up to race day gave the course a wild upgrade! 🌧️🌊

Heavy chains, flooded trails, slippery footing, and a whole lot of splashing! Mother Nature definitely made this obstacle even MORE badass! 💪🔥

And even I struggled this race! FOUR nasty cramping episodes! 😅 Yup, this course got me this time! 😂

But that's what I love about obstacle course racing. You never know what you're going to get! Conditions like these don't happen every race, and that's exactly what makes this one so memorable!

One for the books, Spartan Orlando! ⛓️💦🔥

Thanks, @chainsaw_rick ⛓️🔥📸

Won tickets to watch the Tampa Bay @buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium! 🏈🔥🏟️

@chainsaw_rick came with me, and it also happened to be my first @nfl game at the stadium! 🤩

It was so much fun watching the game, enjoying the shows, and simply being spectators for the afternoon. We even snagged some cheesesteaks and water for our mid-game snacks. 😋🙌

Thankful we got to experience something different and new together. Thank you, @running_fitness_dude and @fit2run_therunnerssuperstore for helping us trade running miles for stadium smiles—we loved every minute!!! 🏃‍♀️➡️🏟️❤️🔥

And special thanks to my friend @caroline.cannici for the cropped Bucs shirt! 🥰

It's been a day. It was a day of chaos.
I woke up feeling healthy and rested, even after our long weekend of race activities
My laptop updated in the middle of the night, and crashed all kinds of ways. Doesn't it know I have work to do?

Computer still down, we head to Lionhearts, arrive to all the canopy tents destroyed. I have spent much more money on canopy tents than just hiring someone to build some carport pole barn things.

Chaos kept stirring up , all morning , storms outside were brewing.

SHELL you just got your certification in Sylvotherapy. Go hug a flipping tree!!

There it was- FALL in all its glory, gone were the worries as I basked in the moment of the now...bathed in beauty-actually called forest bathing haha.

Then the lightning- thunder- downpour... But my mind and body were clear... Mindset completely changed and instead of panic I wanted to dance in the rain--shell style, but we had machinery to cover - we seriously need the rain and I was happy that all our newly planted flower seeds were getting their needs met.

Now back to work.

Join me! Classes soon.

I love you all 🫶. Yaw don't realize how deep the #sweatcheck goes. Its all about Likes, right? Wrong. Its about people.

You watch others. Critique them. Laugh even. And keep scrolling. With no offering for anyone else. No inspiration for anyone. Imagine if we all did that.

Thats my moral compass for you. I just ask, for any activity or situation, what if we all did that? Would there be massive benefit? Or massive deterioration?

Is social media bad? Or are you just doom scrolling away from your own life? Either way, its a personal problem. #stopplayin #inspiretheworld #letsgoletsgetit #sweatcheck

My Medal Monday on a Tues. @ocr_luccketta and I took an extra day off...to breathe. He fished the whole way home.

We are getting ready this week to head out to @themidwestocr our most anticipated event of the year.

First a week, of building, growing, training and healing.
Blessed indeed...
Trails, fishing, classes, loving, learning, living out loud.
Community building and character building all at the same time.

Seize every moment. They are fleeting.

I was born in the 80s… but I was just a kid, so I never got to find out what adult me would’ve looked like back then. 😂

Well… now I know.

Apparently, I would’ve fit right in. 😂💪📼✨

Looks like @chainsaw_rick lwould’ve fit right in too. 😎

And @baytobaymahjco … maybe we can do an 80s theme someday? 😁 Just a thought. 🙃😂

Same Jan. Different decade.
