At long last, we finally get to announce something that we've been dying to tell you for a while: Changeling will hit the road this November for the "Tour? What Tour?" european headline run, supported by progressive death metal power-trio Obsidian Tide. πŸ’ͺ Fourteen shows across six countries, bringing you a full headliner-worthy set, playing most of the 2025 album, plus choice cuts from the past. πŸŽ‰ As this coincides with the 10th anniversary of Obscura's Akroasis album, the setlist will include Tom's iconic composition "Weltseele" in its entirety for the first time ever - with all the fretless guitar, epic 15-minute scope, and fire & brimstone that the occasion demands. πŸ”₯ Furthermore, we will be joined by crushing opening acts like our friends in Soulsplitter, Virial, and many more. πŸ–€ The tour is presented by our amazing partners Metal.de, Deaf Forever & Theprogspace. πŸ™ We cannot wait to see you on the road! πŸ‘€ Tom & Changeling. -Changeling album-cover by Aaron Pinto / @kidsquidy -Changeling logo by Alexander Kerski / @comicsans_ultra -β€žAbyssβ€œ video by Chris Hesse / @strangeworks_ - Changeling band-photo by Akasha Rojee / @thelensofakasha - Obsidian Tide video by Arkady Volovik & Nadin Tibi by @changeling.official

With an entry in the US billboard charts, it's probably safe to say that "Weltseele", off the Obscura "Akroasis" album, is probably my most wellknown longform composition (of which there have been quite a few over the years). For 10 years, people have asked me to play it, both on stage and on camera. And here we are, with both happening now. πŸ™‚ First, I'm going to take you through most of the main guitar parts in multiple reels, follow to not miss any! πŸ‘†πŸ» Then, I will perform the entire piece with @changeling.official on our headline tour across europe this november. πŸ”₯ 12/11 – DE – Hamburg – Bambi Galore 13/11 – DE – Cologne – MTC 14/11 – NL – Arnhem – Willemeen 15/11 – NL – Den Haag – Musicon 17/11 – BE – Charleroi – MCP Apache 19/11 – DE – Kaiserslautern – Irish House 20/11 – DE – Stuttgart – Club Zentral 21/11 – AT – Innsbruck – Livestage 22/11 – AT – Vienna – Escape Metalcorner 24/11 – DE – Landshut – Rocketclub 25/11 – CZ – Prague – Black Pes 26/11 – CZ – Ostrava – Rock Hill 27/11 – PL – Warsaw – AfterDark 29/11 – DE – Berlin – Kulturhaus Insel Ticket-link available from www.changeling-band.com🀘🏻 Btw: one blindfolded live take, live guitar in the middle channel.
