A little reintroduction from me 🤍

Hi! If you’re new here I’m Chantelle, creator of Chantelle Rose Flows. I’m a Pilates, yoga, reformer, barre instructor and meditation, breath work + sound bath facilitator.

I specialise in offering premium quality wellness events, retreats and workshops. I love variety hence why I offer a plethora of modalities! I’m a Libra so I’m all about balance ⚖️. Most recently I’ve become a @rainbowsounds_official stockist so if you want training or crystal sound bowls, send me a message!

I recently moved from the Gold Coast in Australia to London 2 months ago! I adore my community that I’ve built over 5 years back home. So I’m excited to be able to share that magic for the people of London to experience!

The Art Of Slowing Down 🧘🏻‍♀️

So grateful that I got to facilitate this workshop for the @rootedradiantretreats earlier this month. We moved through slow flow yoga, chakra aligning meditation, relaxation, journaling centred around nervous system regulation and connection work. All whilst being immersed in the stunning hills of Tuscany 🇮🇹

Thank you for trusting me @holistic.soufi to share some bliss with the most beautiful group of women, the energy was magical!

Truly the most memorable few days that I’m so grateful I got to experience surrounded by the BEST people!

After being in this space for quite some time I can’t tell you how nice it was to actually receive and be held in such a safe & supportive space. The energy, heart, passion and effort that you put into this is truly admirable @holistic.soufi 🫶🏼 I’m so proud of you, you have such a gift!

2 months of living abroad… Has it been easy? Absolutely not. My journey did not start how I expected or planned. Maybe one day I’ll be able to share the full truth!
