Whine + Align was such a fun vision Emily had at the beginning of summer. It was beautiful to see it unfold this past September. We had a sold-out event and we’re so grateful for the love and support 🌞♥️ keep whining & aligning!!

Still reminiscing on such a magical week with these women. The openness, the vulnerability, the courage each woman brought to the experience is what retreats are all about. Strangers turned real connections, girls being girls, laughter, tears, hugs. In the most beautiful setting as nature intended. We love Toscana for her charm and natural rhythm of bringing people together.

Our next Tuscany retreat is June 2-6, 2027🌞 apply online!

Five days in September that felt like a full body exhale. Where movement meets slow living. Strangers turned friendships. Heart-warming meals to the most beautiful sunsets. Life in Toscana is simple, it’s wholesome, it’s truly la dolce vita.

Our next retreat is June 2-6, 2027. Applications open in our bio. 🦋
