@patrickmccormackfar and I came out this year with a plan, but also much less training (together) under our belt. That being said we finished a little better than expected (goal was sub 1:15). Taking on the men’s pro doubles division for the first time was a good test. There is always room to improve and we’ve already set our goal for the next race. Back to work! by @chaoswise

Last year, our Founder & COO, Patrick McCormack and his partner Chris Wise #chaoswise won HYROX in the regular division. This YEAR they stepped up to the Pro division — heavier weights, a bigger challenge — and earned their place on the podium once again!

That’s what we believe in at DFYR: keep raising the bar.

He changed our lives.

Bandit wasn't just a dog; he was family. He made everyone a little happier just by being there. Every couch became his throne. He stole food right in front of us, turned pillows and beds into fluffy clouds, chewed the baseboards like they were gourmet treats, and wandered over to the neighbours for surprise visits—just to say hello.

I’m not sure this hurt will ever fully go away, but I know I have fifteen years of joy, cuddles, and unconditional love to carry me forward. My puppy, my favourite child—always. by @chaoswise
