Road bikes are a much friendlier bike for amateur and recreational’s looking to buy a bike for triathlon. They handle better, they climb better, and they feel better; meaning you’re more likely to ride the thing outside of your tri training. This is a quick overview of how I’ve set up a @chapter2bikes KoKo to get the most out of a road bike for time trialling in a triathlon. Slamming the stem is also another tool at your disposal I neglected to mention in the vid.
