One month in Launceston. A whole new chapter. The past month has been full of new beginnings; an exciting new role with the same incredible company, settling into my brand new home, and the opportunity to build something special in Northern Tasmania. To mark the beginning of this journey, I picked up a Chapter2. It felt fitting. It’s more than a bike, it’s a reminder of the standards I hold myself to every day. For me, this journey has never been about staying comfortable. It’s about continually chasing ambitious goals, making bold moves, backing yourself, and showing up every day with purpose. Real growth starts where comfort ends. It comes from doing hard things, staying disciplined, and refusing to settle for less than you’re capable of. Here’s to embracing new challenges, making the most of every opportunity, and seeing where this next chapter leads.

Winter just gives the opportunity for new adventures ☀️ I’m mega lucky, I have some legendary mates that inspire me , and have great jokes! 🤣 They have all taken about 10-30 more trips around the sun than me 🌎 🎂 They ride bikes just for the fun riding for them is like a walk in the park (mostly!) 🥱 So sometimes we head out together and laugh hard, ride easy and when the rides hard we pretend it’s easy 🤣🤣 Today was a day to be grateful for life and health💚🧡🤎 . . #inspiration #cycleforlife #mates #goodtimes #adventure

Sundays peace and quiet was deafening ☀️ 🍂 Hobbiton put on quite the show 🧡💚 I’ve been loving shorter rides this Autumn, spending time in the hills trying to be strong again after lots of enduro km all summer 🌺 😴 Can’t say I’m a mountain goat but it’s been fun hanging out in the Waikato hills with literally zero cars 🐐 🔝 . . . #climbinggoals #countryroads #backroads #autumn

Not quite the result we were chasing. A wardrobe issue and some poor last-minute planning meant we couldn’t carry enough nutrition to race no-stop in the aero suit, forcing a late switch to the @rapha RCC Pro Team cargo bibs and aero jersey. That change left us starting around 150 riders back, which made the first 30km a battle for position. Add in a hard Coot-tha climb and some sketchy bunch descending, and it was far from an easy day out. Not the result we wanted, but a 3-hour race time is still one to take.
