Our most popular sharing plate as of late: Crispy Teriyaki-Soy Tofu bites w/ Kimchi Aioli 🔥 Yes - it’s as good as it sounds. Yes - it’s Gluten free/Celiac & Vegan.

Our crispy mushrooms remain as the best selling dish we have! 🍄‍🟫🍄 You’ll see a lot of fun changes to our menu weekly, but the mushrooms (vegan & gf) are here to stay. Now served w/ porcini aioli.

We’re having too much fun over here! ✨

Our menu continues to change slightly every week as the seasons change 🍁 or when we get the creative itch. Right now, one of our most popular dishes is actually vegan too!

➡️ Randy’s black garlic soy glazed cauliflower steak w/ pumpkin carrot coconut puree, roasted squash & garlic mashed potatoes. Oh and thanks to @wild.foragers for our beautiful edible flowers 🌸

Make sure to reserve your table as soon as possible! We often get calls or texts the day of or day before, and while we sometimes have cancellations, we are almost always booked at least 1-2 days in advance.

Last night was one for the books 🥹✨ We welcomed family and close friends into Chapter One for our very first trial run.

Did we hit a few bumps? No doubt. A piece of equipment shut off right before service started, food took a little longer than planned at times, and we decided to take some recipes back to the drawing board. But, there was also endless laughter, memories made, and guests catching the ocean sunset before coming back inside for dessert.

A few early crowd favorites from the kitchen:
- Chef Randy’s house smoked carnitas tacos (hand pressed to order!)
- Barnacle Bill’s local fresh-caught halibut & potatoes
- Crispy mushrooms w/ caramelized cauliflower puree
- Ollie’s crème brûlée topped with locally foraged berries

We have a couple more practice nights ahead, and then next week we officially open our doors to the public!

Thank you to everyone who has supported us and helped turn this dream into a reality. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, and again: we wouldn’t be here without all of you. 💛 by @chapteronepnw

🌅 Pro Tip: Forgo the usual 5:30-6:00 PM dinner rush and book closer to 7:00 or 8:00 PM - you’ll get to take in the most stunning ocean sunset on your way in or as you head home after dessert. ✨

What an incredible first week! Serving all of you has been a dream, and we’ve been fully booked nearly every single night. Thursday and Friday for this upcoming week are already filling up fast!
