the prom 🪩💜

———

what a show. i have learned so much throughout this experience — about myself, about how to work with others; but mostly importantly, i’ve been able to know what it truly feels like to lead with love. at every step of the way in process, i knew i had a responsibility not only to help this production to get to a quality level that it needed to be, but also to ensure that each rehearsal was rooted in joy and love and empathy. and this team and cast consistently demonstrated these passionate sentiments, to the point where even when i wasn’t feeling the most joyful, they would lift my spirits in an instant. im so so so proud of and grateful for everyone involved in this process !!

to @splintergrouplc : you are one of a kind. thank you for provided people with family when they need it the most. no matter what role i have, i will constantly be dedicated to growing and nurturing this community because everyone deserves this kind of love.

until next time,
with all the love in my heart,
