Here is a rendition of another Cohen masterpiece. I first heard this song performed by Kristin Stokes (@chitty_balone) and have been trying ever since to do a version 1/2 as good as hers. I can’t say I’ve succeeded, but what the hell, here is it🙃 ...also stay tuned for a full live stream situation happening soon.

Mark your calendars! I’m very much looking forward to speaking at the @woodstockcenterforawakening festival this year. The theme of my talk is ‘the audacity to cheer up’. Let’s see what we can do!

The festival is going to be high vibe with beautiful hearts and minds of all kinds..I speak at 3:30pm on Saturday right before @krishnadasmusic and then later that night I join @tribeoflovemusic and @vocal_transformation at the bearsville theater. C’mon out! taken in Woodstock, New York by @charango.reinhardt

New @curacuramusic track ‘Tripura Sundari’ now up and out!
It’s an ode to the Universal Mother, a hymn to raise our vibrations in these degenerate times, a plea of devotion, a mantra and a prayer for healing the waters within and without.

It’s the first of a group of tracks that we’ve been working on over this last year. No doubt a departure from previous Cura Cura material, but it feels more like an arrival in that the intention and essence of the work is geared more towards collective healing.

It features the wizard @ericzetiger who produced and played on the track as well as vocals by none other than @vocal_transformation, @iamserenagrace_ and @morsejk. Thanks to these bright souls for bringing their beauty to the song.

There’s a bandcamp link to the track in my bio and can be found on all major streaming platforms(sans Spotify).

Enjoy!

Had a great time with John Medeski last week in the studio! He laid down some 🔥 organ on our rendition of the gospel classic ‘Elijah Rock’ which will be on the new @curacuramusic album.. should be out early ‘26..it’s a serious departure from where we last left off..definitely not a folk or singer/songwriter thing..(((Elijah rock is the only track with english lyrics))) and the collective of musicians joining in on this one is quite diverse..can’t wait to share it.. ..it was an honor to hang with John and to have him on the record. Thanks also to Danny B for opening up his studio and engineering the part. by @charango.reinhardt
