Spending summer getting in lots of reps for my freshman high school season with my school’s first girl’s flag team. Thankful for our coaches time and dedication to this new team.

“Today’s milestone isn’t just history, it’s the future.” -NFLFlag

Big news for all my flag girls! The NCAA voted to add women’s flag football to the Emerging Sports for Women program! So excited to see this sport take off and the opportunities it will bring with it!!

Flag football has been such a blessing in my life. It has opened doors and introduced me to some of the most amazing coaches and athletes. I’ve met some of my best friends through flag football. Going on my second year of flag and can’t wait to see what the future holds!
