As I celebrate my one year anniversary getting in my car to travel to Colorado to join @kulasportsperformance and @briankula , I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible opportunity to be a part of this team.

Over the past year, I’ve grown both personally and professionally. Your support, guidance, and encouragement have made a significant impact on my journey. I truly appreciate the collaborative environment and the culture of innovation that we’ve built and continue to develop each day! We both align on the purpose of 1% better every day.

Thank you for believing in me and for providing me with the resources and opportunities to succeed. I look forward to many more years of contributing to our team’s success and continuing to learn from each other.

The best athletes don’t take the season off, they level up while they play.

Blueprint In-Season Football Academy is here for both girls flag football and boys in-season training. One or two sessions a week with elite coaches keeps you healthy, sharp, and getting better every week, not just maintaining.

This is exactly what the pros do: train year-round, even in-season, to stay at their peak.

Come see us at Kula Sports Performance and let’s raise your game. Director of elite athlete training Coach Jonny Bridgewater leads the program, DM us to learn more, spots are limited so don’t wait.
