A few weeks ago, we had the BEST day celebrating Charles turning 40! 🥳 While I didn’t manage to get photos of everyone (or a single shot of the infamous Charles Jeopardy game I made 🙃), we are beyond grateful. Our village means the world to us, and we feel so lucky to have celebrated this milestone surrounded by people we love. ❤️ by @charlesringger

Project post! Made some beds for the kiddos American girl dolls. Designed and printed some nesting feet/tops for the posts so they could stack into bunk beds! Also designed and printed the head and foot boards. I am enjoying the fusion of woodworking and 3D printing by @charlesringger

Why was I in a hospital bed? I think it’s time I give an update! Back story first. At the end of September I had a fever for a few days. That went away but I was left with uncontrollable chills, was extremely lethargic, lacking any energy, and to top it off I could not eat more than a bite of food without it coming right back up. This went on for a few weeks. Several doctor visits with no answers I finally went to the ER (following very strong prompting from Ashley and @icairney). CT scan revealed an abscess on my liver. Not what we expected.
I was admitted to the hospital. I was immediately started on IV antibiotics and the next day they placed a drain in my liver and successfully drained the abscess. After 5 days I was discharged. That was a week ago.
I am feeling so much better. I have my appetite back and am well on the way to recovery. ( still have the drain in but am trying to navigate the infuriating medical system to get all the appointments needed to get it out).
My wife @ringgerhaus has absolutely been amazing and took over handing everything so I could recover and rest as much as possible. Her parents also stepped in and did so much to help and watch the kiddos. Thank you to all the friends and neighbors who brought our family meals. It means the world to us. by @charlesringger

Project post! Just finished this maple dresser. Custom sized to fit the space. Went with a mid century style. Made the legs with scraps left over from my dining table project. If I do another one of these I will be investing in an edge banding machine. by @charlesringger

The kids and I are so lucky that we have this amazing mama to make sure that every vacation goes off without a hitch. @ringgerhaus always goes above and beyond to make everything happen.
