For a long time, I’ve been comparing my insides to other people’s outsides. Enough of that.

I’ve always genuinely wanted to help people. I knew it then, and I know it now. In that knowing, I’ve been cutting parts of my ego out of the equation. Today, I believe I’ve made the final cut. I’ve been mulling over a new way to help creatives in the Pittsburgh region and beyond..

I’m working on building an infrastructure to support many—not just a few—but many who can benefit from our experiences.

If you are an artist, manager, producer, engineer, graphic designer, videographer, or anyone adjacent to the creative ecosystem, please leave your information in the link ⬆️ .

In the coming months, we will be launching programs and initiatives that will empower creatives around the world, completely free of charge.

I’ve been having some very special conversations. I want to plant seeds for a thriving creative ecosystem.

I had a really good time talking to people at @greenwoodweekpgh Panel !! It’s been a while so I was kinda nervous .. but ultimately great stuff !!

Met some incredible business owners with some really cool stories . Pittsburgh is always full of surprises !

Our upcoming beer collaboration with @cobblehaus called “Charlotte’s” or as I like to call it “The Charlotte” is a variation of a beer called Lucky Me.

Lucky Me is inspired by Co-Owner of @cobblehaus Janet’s incredible story of how she fought and beat cancer.

We were honored to be able to build on this spectacular beer.

I got a call from @frzy and I got a bit emotional. Umm.

I think since originally being with @tierrawhack and team when she got nominated for a Grammy. I just been working really hard. Now she on a historic run, about to bring it home for us.

Just helping, developing, investing, living, breathing, and sometimes holding my breath in music.

It’s been 20 years. Doing this. I’m appreciative of this opportunity. Appreciative of the @grammys , appreciative of @ramon

I’m appreciative of @frzy pouring into me. Im appreciative of @frominezwithlove pouring into me. You know when you are the water or lake for everyone else’s cup. People come and go as they please.

And someone comes past and ask, hey do u need help ? It hits different. Like u want to help me ? Why ? I don’t have anything to give.

You know shoutout to the team that got in @taylorgang or die. @wgd6788 and @feddthegod . Pittsburgh is getting stronger.

I’m going to just continue to try, and care, and try again, and care even more.

And a special thanks to my wife @noneed_just_me who many times told me I had value when I felt like nothing.

Today was installment #2 of the Woodland Hills & regional student summit at the Heinz History Center!

Charlotte’s Webb had the pleasure of working with a group of students on how social media shapes young society as they prepare for their big Presentation in March.

We were honored to be alongside The Hear Foundation, where students received encouragement and excitement from Cindy Haines and Leon Ford.

Over the past three weeks, I have traversed a weighty terrain of feeling, where grief and wonder mingled with admiration and bewilderment, each moment demanding inward digestion and yielding a solemn renewal of the spirit during the transitional period of having my first son.

These experiences reveal what our region offers at its most human, while advancing the bounds of creativity, agency, intellect, and connection for the collective good.

Especially through my work with @leonfordspeaks …alongside my collaborations across the creative sector and my role in county government….I’ve gained a transcendent, heightened awareness that at times feels less like a perspective and more like both a psychedelic experience and a profound responsibility. A scared responsibility.

I would like to use this carousel to share these experiences. Please see the content above.

I needed a way to express these feelings as I have just come up for air this morning.
