Sydney + James' May wedding is one for the books.

They came to us with a vision, and every last detail, from the tablescape to the signage to the way the light hit the mountains behind it all, came together into something that left us (and everyone there) speechless.

Two years ago, Gracie + Luke said "I do" at Appalachian View, and this one will always be a little extra special to us.

Gracie was part of the Appalachian View team before she was a bride, and since Charmed Settings and Appalachian View are sister companies, we got to work side by side with her long before we ever styled her reception. Getting to create her tablescape after that? Full circle in the best way.

A June evening at White Crow, made for exactly this: long golden light, a table dressed to feel like it belonged to the mountains around it, and two people who couldn't stop smiling.

Tanya and Jake wanted their reception to feel like an extension of the view, not a distraction from it. So this amazing team of vendors kept the palette soft and warm with a pop of color, let the linens move with the breeze, and built a tablescape that felt curated but never fussy. Every detail, from the signage to the last candle, was chosen to hold up next to that backdrop.

This is the kind of setting that reminds us why we love designing in the High Country. The mountains do a lot of the work. Our job is to make sure everything else rises to meet them.
