Elisabeth and I had a ball at Camp DeSoto's centennial anniversary celebration last weekend! My mother camped at DeSoto during WWII, I spent six formative summers there, and Elisabeth camped for eight. Baby Georgia Mae, arriving in January, will be our fourth generation Camp DeSoto girl! It's impossible to articulate the significance of Camp DeSoto to our family. As a Christian camp for girls on Lookout Mountain, it embodies love and warmth! I managed to find my name on our “cabin board” we all signed in the 1980’s! What happy memories! by @charmomof3
