Khajuraho, India 🇮🇳

We spent the day exploring the Khajuraho temple complex, a UNESCO World Heritage site dating back to around 950 A.D. The carvings were intricate, symbolic, and sometimes surprisingly sensual - each one telling a story.

Later we wandered through a tiny village where daily life unfolded right in front of us. Children gathered around, took our hands, and walked with us through the colorful streets. The textures, the people, the vibrant homes - it felt like a photographer’s paradise.

Our 2nd day on safari began with a breathtaking sunrise and the quiet promise of the wild. No tiger this time… but playful monkeys, flashes of brilliant birds, and a sleepy owl tucked in the trees reminded us that the forest always has something magical to reveal. 🐒🦉🌅

Day 2 in NYC felt straight out of a Christmas movie. We started the morning at Live with Kelly & Mark (hello Denis Leary + Mario Lopez!), had the most festive lunch at Lillie’s Victorian Establishment, wandered Saks’ sparkling windows in the rain, played on the giant piano at FAO Schwarz… and ended the night with Kristin Chenoweth in 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑸𝑼𝑬𝑬𝑵 𝑶𝑭 𝑽𝑬𝑹𝑺𝑨𝑰𝑳𝑳𝑬𝑺 - the highlight of our entire trip. ✨

It was one of those unforgettable New York days that began before sunrise and stretched well into the evening — we truly squeezed every bit of magic into a single day.

Earlier this month my friend @charmomof3 and I went to NYC for a quick trip. It was a dream come true to experience the Big Apple during the Christmas season. On our first day we visited the 911 museum, ate dim sum for dinner, and went to radio city music hall to watch the incredible Rockettes perform! 🎄 🥟 🌃

We came to the jungles of India in search of tigers… were we successful? 🐅🇮🇳
We chased tiger tracks, followed the calls of the forest, and found beauty in every dusty, golden mile. From jeep-side breakfasts to monkeys with tons of personality, this safari was wild in every sense.

India by train 🚂💕
Pink outfits, piles of luggage, and curious stares as we made our way from Varanasi to Bandhavgarh on Galentine’s Day.

We watched locals balancing bags like pros, had our luggage whisked away by porters, and rolled through rural India past prayer hands and moonlit skies. By nightfall, we made it to our safari camp—tired, dusty, and smiling.

🎥 A little highlight reel from a very memorable ride.
(Not pictured: the Coke run that almost ended in disaster… story for another day 😅
