Attended the @nordoffrobbins @o2music Silver Clef Awards last night (with a cast & crutches!!! - my hands are bruised, head is slightly sore but my heart is glowing again) feel so inspired and energised to keep making music. 1 thing I've realised is not only are we all just winging it, until we've 'made it' - whatever that means but people are mainly decent, with all the terror and fear in the world (& often in our own minds) there is a huge amount of really decent people doing incredible things. Nordoff & Robbins being one of them 👏🏼 music & mental health support are my biggest passions/loves so was an honour 💜 thank you @olympialondon 🙏🏼

Matt. Damon. 🤯 Yep. Look at that face.

Had the most surreal experience interviewing this absolute legend and attending an early press screening of Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey at the BFI IMAX.. and let me tell you… it’s an absolute 10/10 masterpiece. Completely blew my mind.

What also blew my mind? Standing right by the cast: Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Robert Pattinson (lord help my 15 year old self ♥️), Christopher Nolan and the main man himself, Matt Damon.

The interview is posted on @doseofsociety, watch that and then immediately book tickets to see The Odyssey which is out tomorrow 🍿🎬 #theodyssey

We spoke about how the opinions of others can still cut deep, even when you’re an Oscar-winning Hollywood actor (maybe even more so?!), how he naturally worries as a parent and some parting words of wisdom. You'll be hanging on to every word he says, I know I was.

Thank you @doseofsociety for trusting me with such an unbelievable opportunity. I love speaking to humans about real heartfelt experiences more than anything so this is a dream come true.

Walking is something so many of us do without considering it being taken away, for some people this is something permanent and whilst I am incredibly grateful and privileged that my situation is temporary, having 2 surgeries in under a year on my ankle has been hella challenging but I feel hopeful that I'm going to be staying on my feet with a lot less pain and problems so really trying to soak up the gratitude of that and not take it for granted!!!! ♥️💜💛

A photo for every month I've been recovering from my 2nd ankle surgery in under a year and boy am I glad to be BACK!!!!

Had the WILDEST career opportunity this week, can't speak a word of it now but when I can I will but let's just say this was before a press screening, more of these pls pls pls 🙏🏼
