Attended the @nordoffrobbins @o2music Silver Clef Awards last night (with a cast & crutches!!! - my hands are bruised, head is slightly sore but my heart is glowing again) feel so inspired and energised to keep making music. 1 thing I've realised is not only are we all just winging it, until we've 'made it' - whatever that means but people are mainly decent, with all the terror and fear in the world (& often in our own minds) there is a huge amount of really decent people doing incredible things. Nordoff & Robbins being one of them 👏🏼 music & mental health support are my biggest passions/loves so was an honour 💜 thank you @olympialondon 🙏🏼
