This one meant a lot to me. 🤍

When 445 first started, I had no idea what it would become. I just knew I wanted to create something that gave people a reason to show up, move together and feel part of something.

So being able to celebrate some of the people who helped shape this community from the early days felt really special. The people who showed up, supported a stranger, brought the energy and helped turn an idea into what 445 is today.

We kept it simple. A chilled run, good conversation and breakfast together, beautifully hosted by @honestgreens @hg.london.

And that’s probably my favourite part of 445. Beyond the running, I’m getting to know incredible people, hearing their stories and watching real friendships and connections grow.

Thank you to everyone who continues to believe in what we’re building.

445 is a mindset. 🧡

I run for FUN! That’s the whole point. When you learn to love running, everything else starts to flow. No pressure, no dragging yourself out the door… just pure vibes, whether you’re solo, with a friend, a group, or your run club.
Find that one thing that makes running feel lighter and roll with it 😆🏃🏽‍♀️🪩
