The question “Mom, what were you like in the 90s?” holds a special meaning for me.
Growing up, my mom would share her stories of modeling, traveling across the world, filming music videos, living her life to the fullest.
Today, the world knows her as @dreliztratts, a medical expert, her lovely Gemstone Acupuncture Facial, and of course, the creator of @heliahouse

Feeling so much gratitude for this month and the opportunities it’s brought.
•
It’s time to be a little sappy. Apraxia is so much more than a speech disorder, it affects the mind, body connection so writing was always a challenge. Growing up, I resigned myself that I’d never be a writer. While I’m not sure how or why this change, I’m so grateful for the people who believed in me along the way.
