What do you mean I said “F**k It! This year is about fitness only!”

HYROX’S -> HALF MARATHONS -> DEADLY DOZEN -> PILATES
the occasional run club events, and currently working on and preparing for a Body Building show next year.

If you meant me 2 years ago, yeah I was relatively in shape and active and in the gym - but not to this extent, not all my box’s were getting ticked. Healthy habits weren’t created. Routine was nonexistent.

2026 is the year I knew I wasn’t going to half-ass anything I put my mind to. So far so good!

There’s been more highs than lows. Understanding how to navigate those lows and learn from them has been the biggest take away thus far and celebrating the smallest highs like a PB in the gym or run has been great!

Change doesn’t happen over night.
A flower doesn’t just appear the next day - a seed gets planted, watered, nurtured, roots spread out in order for it to take in what it needs to sprout and blossom.

So wherever you are on your fitness journey right now - stay in the game! Listen to your body, learn from your surroundings and take in every opportunity you can to grow into the person you are wanting to become.
