POV: you only came in for protein…

Somehow the basket ended up with:
✔️ Pre-workout
✔️ Creatine
✔️ Protein Bars
✔️ A shaker
✔️ “just one more thing”

Tell me I’m not the only one 👀

An 18:11 PB 🚀✨

This race wasn’t about chasing perfection.

It was about trusting the process, sticking to my race plan, and finding out where I’m really at.

I’m proud of how I executed it.

This result was built by more people than just me.

There is so much that goes into a race, and none of it happens alone.

Thank you to @redbullnz @lskd.aotearoa @lskd @physioconnectltd @truehuscle @nicpetersoncoach my training partners, my friends, my family, and every single person who sent me a message, tracked my race, or cheered me on from afar. I don’t take any of it for granted. It genuinely doesn’t go unnoticed, and I feel incredibly lucky to have such an incredible team in my corner 🤍

We’ve got a benchmark.

I’m proud of where we’re at.

Now we build ⚡️

Hot out the gate… no surprises there 🔥

Goal achieved: 1:33:39 🏁

Could not have done it without the crew I had behind me for the entire race! The support was UNREAL and defeaning 😂

Can happily say, I DID THAT!

@gymshark It’s been a pleasure… Gymshark66 signing off.

31 December 2025 I committed to showing up.
Not just for the workouts… but for the process, again!

Every day:
4L water
Daily mobility
10 pages of a book
—
Some days were easy.
Some days were tough.
Some days I questioned a lot .
But every single day I showed up.

Today, 8 March 2026, Over these 66 days I’ve realised that progress is often quiet. It’s the early mornings, the sessions nobody sees, and the discipline to keep going when motivation disappears.

Iv shared running, fuelling, gymming, PBs, Hyrox content and more.

At the start of this journey I set a big goal: to become New Zealand’s first Gymshark athlete.
Will it happen this time? Maybe. Maybe not.
But what I do know is this — whether it does or doesn’t, it won’t stop me.
Because this was never just about being selected. It was about becoming better, staying consistent, and hopefully inspiring others along the way.

There are so many incredible people out there putting in the same effort, chasing their goals, building themselves quietly day by day. If you’re one of those people, keep going. The work you’re putting in matters more than you think.

So if even one person started their journey, trained harder, or believed in themselves a little more because of something I shared during Gymshark 66 Challenge… then it’s been a win.

The challenge ends here.
The journey doesn’t.

@gymshark Day 66/66 - The Content Corner is wrapped… or is it.

Dearest gentle viewer,

66 days of perseverance, sweat, and the occasional moment of doubt have now passed.

What began as a mere challenge has since become a way of life.
One cannot help but wonder what the next chapter may hold…

Though one thing is certain—
This gentleman has no intention of stopping now.
