Dance and the arts, though not always fully understood or appreciated by everyone, hold immense significance in expressing the depth and richness of the human experience.

They are a universal language that crosses cultural and linguistic barriers, allowing us to convey emotions, share stories, and connect with others on a deeply personal level. For me, the ability to dance and move is nothing short of divine—a precious gift from Hashem, with me as the klee, the vessel through which this expression flows. It’s a sacred gift meant to be shared with the world.

Dance and movement are more than just forms of expression—they’re a reflection of life itself, embodying not only our joys and triumphs but also our pain and struggles. They remind us of the beauty in our diversity and the resilience of the human spirit.

I often say that I’m not just a movement coach; I’m a student too. Every moment of dance teaches me something new, and it’s an honor to share this journey with others.

I didn't grow up celebrating birthdays. And as I got older, I kept asking myself, What exactly am I celebrating? I didn’t choose to be born.

Then I became Jewish and decided I’d celebrate my Hebrew birthday, Tishrei 22(Kaf Bet. )🌙

But recently, a Sephardic client said something that changed my perspective: “Your Hebrew birthday is the moon, and your English birthday is the sun. In our culture, we celebrate from the moon to the sun.”

And suddenly, it clicked. I’ve been trying to celebrate the wrong thing.

It was never just about me. It was about Hashem. The Boss. The One who put me here, gave me another morning, another breath, another chance to live.

So today, I’m thanking Hashem, honoring the parents who brought me into this world, and celebrating the spiritual journey that keeps bringing me closer to Him.

And to anyone still figuring out who they are: give yourself grace. You might not know today, but maybe tomorrow you’ll see a little more clearly.

Keep living. Keep growing. Keep giving the glory to Hashem.

Some people ask who I am. Some think they already know. But knowing what you see and knowing what it took to get here.....

Two very different things.

I’ve been through the wringer. Divorce, navigating my 50s, building a life in a new land with a bank account that needs a blessing, and a cancer survivor badge I never asked for. Life has tested me, but every morning, I wake up grateful to my Creator for another breath.

So if you really want to know where my smile comes from, where this energy lives, and how I keep getting back up, look higher.

My smile? Hashem.
My energy? Hashem.
My ability to survive, rise, and still choose joy? ALL HASHEM.

I’m not smiling because life has been easy. I’m smiling because I know Who’s carrying me.

And whatever storm you’re facing, don’t let it steal your spark. This chapter isn’t your whole story. Protect your peace, keep moving, and watch where you pour your energy. Those spiritual battery drainers are real!

Keep your head up. Live in a way that inspires greatness. And if you see something extraordinary in me, don’t stop at me. Give the credit where it belongs.

Bereshit teaches us that G_d didn't just throw a chaotic party; He separated things. Light from dark, water from water. Creation is literally the ultimate masterclass in boundaries.

The second humanity decided to ignore the perimeter and chase every impulse, everything went totally out of alignment. Freedom without containment isn't liberation—it's just a mess.

Structure creates the container so you don't break. Where do you need to draw a firm line today so you don't overstretch your spirit? by @chayadancemovement

Captions are the star around here..

Started my morning studying Torah in the hilltops of Judea and Samaria, and ended the day right in the heart of Bat Ayin—surrounded by people who stand on business and embody the raw, unshakeable grit of who we Jews are supposed to be. Look, we all have our days. Some of us felt the weight and the sadness today, and that is completely valid. But I walked away feeling fiercely strong, fully charged, and deeply empowered by my people. We are one of the coldest, greatest, most gorgeous nations on earth. We carry our pain, we hold our power, and we endure. Sending a massive lift and so much love to every single one of us tonight. Am Yisrael Chai! 🇮🇱👑
