Photo dream!.

@calcuttatimes @timesofindia @pushpendupaul.official @durgapuja_photography2025 @photowalksmumbai

#cheetro_becheetro #timesofindia #toi #timesofindianewspaper #streetphotographykolkata

I wanted to be a part of this photowalk as it was a collab with Calcutta Times. I always wanted to be associated with these kind of events that nurtures creativity and human interaction. In this short time, I experienced a detailed interaction with my peers and the valuable guidance from my mentor @pushpendupaul.official in photography. Calcutta Times made it happen and from start to finish it was smooth.

While exploring the city through my lens during the photowalk I captured some of the festive vibes of Durga Puja in Kolkata. Amidst busy daily life of people how the preparation of this grand event is going on.

The advantage of using burst mode in photography is that I get to see a series of moments which helps me to understand the process of developing my street photography skills. During this photowalk with Calcutta Times I also did the same. taken in Kumartuli by @cheetro_becheetro

OBSERVATION 005

A crowded market, a maze of movement, and an order that only begins to appear when we stay a little longer.

For Observation 005, photographer Dipanjan Banerjee shares what drew him to this colourful chaos — and we stay with the frame a little longer to notice the rhythm moving through it.

People move through a central pathway surrounded by vendors and piles of vivid orange produce, with blue tarpaulins and clothing adding contrasting colour throughout the densely layered scene.
