🤎✨ DREAMS SUPPORTING DREAMS ✨🤎
A Bella’s Bistro Small Business Spotlight

Today, I want to shine a little light on Fairy Dough Co. and its talented baker, Becca McConnell! 🧚‍♀️🥧

Becca is a visionary who creates from scratch, customizes her work, and brings an incredible level of precision and attention to detail to her craft.

As a chef and small business owner, I deeply appreciate people who care about the little things—the quality, the creativity, and the heart behind what they do. That kind of craftsmanship is something we value and admire at Bella’s Bistro.

With Thanksgiving approaching, if you’re planning your holiday table, consider reaching out to Becca about her custom bakes, pies, and seasonal desserts!

Fairy Dough Co. — Scratch-Made Magic. ✨

I believe small businesses should support one another. As we work to build our own dreams, we can help someone else build theirs, too. Every order, referral, and recommendation can make a difference.

Let’s celebrate the people who put their hearts into what they create. There is room for all of us at the table. 🤎

🥧 Contact Fairy Dough Co.

Please give Becca and Fairy Dough Co. some love, follow her for new releases and custom bakes, and inquire about your holiday dessert orders!

With love,
Chef Steph

It’s usually the finishing touches that make the plate feel complete. 👩🏽‍🍳

A little sauce, a little detail, and just enough care to make dinner feel like something special.

Beautiful food should taste incredible, of course... but we love when it feels like an experience before the first bite even happens. 🤍

The group chat finally made it out of the group chat. 🥂

Good food, a beautiful table, and your favorite girls all in one place.

A girls’ weekend deserves a dinner that feels just as special as the time together. 🤍

Tag the group chat that needs to make this happen.

Okay… now let’s talk about the FOOD. 👩🏽‍🍳🤌

I spent so much time thinking through this menu, so getting to finally see every course leave the kitchen and make its way to the table was such a good feeling.

From the antipasti to the Vin Santo poached pears, this one was so much fun to cook.

And judging by the plates coming back to the kitchen... I’d say the menu was a hit. 🤍

A Night in Tuscany was such a special one, and I loved getting to bring this menu to life for everyone who joined us.

Which dish would you have gone for first?

✨ What an incredible evening! ✨

There is something truly special about being part of an evening that brings people together for a purpose bigger than themselves.

It was such an honor for Bella’s Bistro to serve at this beautiful event supporting @apricity.foundation and its mission of helping so many nonprofit organizations make a meaningful difference in our community. The impact of bringing people together, creating opportunities, and supporting those who serve others is something worth celebrating.

As a chef, I love creating memorable dining experiences, but the moments that mean the most are the ones where food becomes part of something bigger — connecting people, celebrating generosity, and helping support a cause that touches so many lives.

From the beautiful setting and wonderful company to the little details on every plate, this was truly a night to remember. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of it and to serve alongside so many amazing people who believe in giving back.

A heartfelt thank-you to the Apricity Foundation for the work you do and for allowing Bella’s Bistro to be part of such a meaningful evening. It is a privilege to serve you, and I’m already looking forward to next year! 🥂❤️

Here’s to good food, generous hearts, and making a difference together.

Another highlight from A Night in Tuscany. 🤍

An Italian Happy Birthday sung by our dearest guest in the middle of dinner.

Such a beautiful and unexpected moment that made the evening feel even more special.

Definitely one of the highlights of the night. 🍷
