A little autumn magic on a plate. 🍂

Pumpkin-carrot cake, delicate crumble, pumpkin with mandarin filling, cherry compote and a cinnamon quenelle.

Because sometimes, it’s not about changing the dessert — it’s about how you present it. ✨

A dish isn’t finished when it’s plated.
It’s finished when it comes alive. ✨

Smoked Duck | Beetroot | Orange | Mustard-Honey-Orange Vinaigrette

Fine dining doesn’t always need complicated ingredients. Sometimes it’s about seeing the beauty in simplicity.

Delicate folds of smoked duck, earthy beetroot and fresh orange, brought together with a mustard-honey-orange vinaigrette.

A balance of sweet, savoury and fresh flavours, with vibrant colours and elegant movement on the plate.

For me, beautiful plating begins with respecting the ingredients and allowing each element to shine.

Presented on the stunning Black Reef plate by @lusini.official 🖤
