Lamb leg ready to go. Fennel & cumin seed, loads of fresh parsley, mint & lemon thyme from the garden. Confit garlic & olive oil, white balsamic & a little light brown sugar. Roasted on a trivet of carrots. All being served with British spring vegetables. taken in Chiltern Hills by @chef_faye
