Here’s a look at a 3 day process boiled down into 82 seconds.

Sure I could do it from start to finish in a day, but then I’m doing nothing else, so I try and brake it down into 3 days…
Day one: Juice veggies and make dough.
Day two: Butcher meat and make duxcelles.
Day three: Build and decorate.

This one was a beast! Believe it or not, just one bird.

Admittedly too big, but I did pack a lot inside… Carrots, leeks, salsify, duck tenders, and the breast meat from the bird itself.

Of all the different seasonal versions of the @chungwchow cocktail @barpodmore it’s hard to say, but this might be my favourite.
The Autumn ice flavours of apple, ginger, pumpkin, Ube, and cranberry, along with the allspice and pear in the cocktail itself just brings the season into full view.
Come and enjoy in our newly decorated spooky space, and don’t forget to meet our new bartender Alex aka “A3”.
