So stoked and proud to see @sushibyscratchrestaurants land at #7 and @pastabarla land at #17 on the lists of 25 best restaurants in LOS ANGELES and CHICAGO. Kudos to @chefdjnelson and @nay._.homeski for leading their teams relentlessly and taking no prisoners! We don’t tend to get much love from traditional ranking outlets, but Beli is ranked by guests who pay their own money and objectively judge their dining experiences for no reason other than their love of dining. I’ve long said that the only true accolade worth its salt is that of a paying guest who worked hard for the money they are spending on that dinner.
