Filet mignon croquets. Cold weather and holidays mean it's comfort food season! And beef croquets are a must. We just upped the ante and use filet mignon for ours. Are we crazy? Perhaps. Are the delicious? ABSOLUTELY!

Break out the mulled cider and spike the eggnog! The weather is cold, there's snow on the mountains and the holiday is rapidly approaching. Two words RIB ROAST🥰

Say it with me Pasty... No no no, not like that, like this Past-y(pastē), not pasty(pāsty)... For those playing the home game, a pasty(pāsty) is for covering a nipple.🤣😂. A Pasty(past-y, pastē) is a meat pie as rich in flavor as it is in history. A true food for the blue collar worker, guaranteed to satisfy. This is comfort food at it's best.

Made some Smoked Peach BBQ Sauce the other day. Exceeded my expectations. I thought it was going to be good as I was writing the recipe, and the finished product, I couldn't be more pleased. Perfect balance of sweet/smokey with just a touch of heat and the perfect amount of acidity. I will absolutely be making this again! Put this on any meat, pork especially or any grilled fish

Tiz the season for BBQ chicken! It's smokey, it's sweet, it's perfect and all you have to do is warm it back up, hell you could eat it cold out of the fridge as a late night snack... I would!!! Anyway you're welcome whoever buys it.
