I've lived a hundred lives before this smile.

I didn’t choose the life I was born into—but I chose who I became.

Taken from abusive, drug addicted parents, thrown into the foster system, I grew up bouncing between countless group homes, foster homes, & juvie. Life was loud, chaotic, lonely & unforgiving. But in the middle of all that noise, I found a sort of peace, in the kitchen.

Cooking became my way of escape. It gave me control when everything else felt out of my hands. It let me create joy, even in the darkest & loneliest of places. Food became more than just surviving, it became memory, connection, & healing.

Now, I’m a Chef—not just to feed people, but to give them a reason to come together. To create the kind of lasting, meaningful moments I didn’t always get as a kid. My mission is to help other kids from the system find their outlet through food—to teach them that there's more out there than pain, & that passion can be powerful.

Food doesn’t give a shit what you’ve been through, where you’re from, or what language you speak. It just brings people together, creating last memories. And that... that’s everything to me.

My passion is food. My purpose is people. Especially kids like myself, that were once alone, lost & unloved. Through food, I'll help them find their voice as I once did.

This isn’t just food on a plate...it's so much more.

This is what I do, I don't just put food on a plate, I pour my passion into each plate 🍴🔒

Espresso panna cotta, chocolate dirt, salted caramel, coconut cream foam & pistacchio coral tuiles.

One of my favorite deserts I've created! Would you eat this??
