Join me this Friday, February 14 for a delightful and delectable evening! I’m joining an incredible team of chefs to create savory and sweet dishes featuring both black and white truffles. There will be live music and truffles galore at the Liberty Theatre in Astoria.

I’ll be roasting @hamahamaoysters with truffle butter and garnishing them with freshly shaved Oregon white truffles!

Tickets and more information are available at @ortrufflefest and https://oregontrufflefestival.org/events/

This event is limited to those 21 years of age and older. taken in Liberty Theatre Astoria by @cheflumberjackshucks
