Join me this Friday, February 14 for a delightful and delectable evening! I’m joining an incredible team of chefs to create savory and sweet dishes featuring both black and white truffles. There will be live music and truffles galore at the Liberty Theatre in Astoria.

I’ll be roasting @hamahamaoysters with truffle butter and garnishing them with freshly shaved Oregon white truffles!

Come eat some tasty @hamahamaoysters topped with pimento cheese, bacon and green onions grilled on the @thaancharcoal grill!!! There will be tasty beverages from @widmerbrothers @rawcider and @otroladobevco too! Check out the awesome crew of @acre.forge and their amazing knives. @chefjazzyjeff89 will also be making delicious bites. Admission is free from 3-6 PM. Hope to see you there!

Oregon Truffle Festival co-founder Leslie holding a 15-ounce Oregon black truffle! ⁠

Dog-harvested and perfect, this is one of the largest truffles ever found in Oregon. It will be used to infuse cheese, creams, and more for the incredible truffle feast on February 14 at the @libertytheatreastoria.
