I’m still dwelling on such an amazing event! 🥰❤️ Thank you, @robertcourtneycollins for allowing me to cater your class. As I supported you, you turned around and supported me, and I am beyond grateful. Being honored as an Honorary Builder by @builddet truly means so much to me! ❤️ Robert, thank you for being so selfless and always finding ways to give back to others. Not only did you honor me, but you also donated to @frommyhearttoyours____ , If you know her story, then you understand why she deserves this and so much more. 🥹❤️ Thank you to everyone who attended and allowed me to share my food with you! I am so blessed and grateful for all of the amazing feedback and support. Thank you for being a part of such a special event. ✨ Life has been busy, but in the best way. 💛 I know I’ve been a little quiet on here, but I’ve been spending my summer doing something that fills my heart; teaching culinary classes to an amazing group of young chefs. Watching these kids gain confidence, learn new skills, and discover a love for cooking has been one of the most rewarding experiences. Come spend the day with me as I take you behind the scenes of my summer culinary program! ❤️ What’s one cooking skill you wish you learned as a kid? Allow me to reintroduce myself... My name is Markeya. Chef Markeya if you’re hungry. 👩🏾‍🍳✨ I’ve been cooking for over 16 years, and my passion for food started at a very young age. What began as curiosity quickly became an obsession, and today I’m proud to hold degrees in Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts Applied Science. My mission is bigger than just creating great food. I want to share my passion with the world through my cooking show, community events, and teaching the next generation. My goal is to help people feel confident in the kitchen and realize that even the most intimidating dishes are possible with the right guidance. Cooking is my therapy. When I step into the kitchen, I escape. I travel through flavors, cultures, and traditions. I experience different parts of the world without ever leaving home. Food connects us, tells stories, and creates memories and I’m honored to be part of that journey. Welcome to my world. This is only the beginning. ❤️ 📸: @shads580 @thesocialmediastore1 #ChefMarkeya #PlatedWithPassion #CookingWithPurpose #CulinaryArts #pastrychef by @chefmarkeya

Sometimes a bowl of ramen is exactly what the doctor ordered. 🍜❤️ I’ve been fighting a cold and needed something warm, comforting, and packed with flavor. So I took a simple shrimp ramen and gave it a Chef Markeya upgrade with fresh shrimp, bell peppers, onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a little Zatarain’s Shrimp & Crab Boil Sauce for that extra kick! 🔥 Quick, affordable, and absolutely delicious. Would you try this elevated ramen recipe? 👇🏾 Shrimp Ramen with Bell Peppers & Garlic Ingredients * 1 package shrimp flavored ramen noodles * 1/2 bell pepper, sliced * 1/4 onion, sliced * 3 cloves garlic, minced * 4-6 fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined Sauce & Seasoning * Shrimp seasoning packet from ramen * 1 tsp soy sauce * 1 tsp sesame oil * 1 tbsp Zatarain’s Shrimp & Crab Boil Sauce * Salt, to taste * Black pepper, to taste * Cayenne pepper, to taste Instructions 1. Words cannot explain how excited and honored I was to be asked to speak at my Culinary graduation. I worked incredibly hard to reach this moment. My goal was to take full advantage of every opportunity Macomb Community College had to offer, and I did just that. I stayed on the Dean’s List throughout the entire program, supported my professors and classmates whenever I could, and most importantly, kept God first through it all. To my incredible husband, @trevon_bauch , and my family, thank you for your unwavering love, support, encouragement, and sacrifices throughout this journey. I love you all so much, and I truly could not have done this without you. What started as a dream when I was 8 years old has now become reality. God is so good. 🎓 Certified Chef ❤️ Class of 2026 #ClassOf2026 #CulinaryGraduate #CertifiedChef #ChefLife #fyp by @chefmarkeya
