Smhhhh I meant to post this weeks ago…whoops! Shoutout to @steve.lacy for dropping the song of the summer & allowing me to celebrate that with cake. You’re such an incredible artist that our generation is so lucky to have. Thank you for sharing your soul with us. 🥹🎂

yall!! i made my first sourdough loaf today since pastry school. i was pretty nervous because i made my own starter (from the leftover buttermilk that came from making my own cultured butter) and wasn’t sure if it was mature enough but it turned out sooo beautifully. here’s to taking bread & butter off the shopping list this year 🥲🥖 #sourdough #sourdoughstarter taken in Woodland Hills by @chefnovember

life update: a little over 2 months ago i moved into a new apartment with my partner! while im very happy about the new space/life step, the side by side fridge is a real TEST when it comes to big cakes. here’s to figuring that out in 2025 bc imma need a solution (aka more freezer space) STAT 😅😂🫠🤍

had THEE best time in Mt. Shasta doing R&D for some new recipes 🥹🤍 i genuinely enjoy recipe creation // menu curation so much. seeing my recipes go into production is probably one of my favorite things about supporting other businesses outside of my own. i don’t want to cook or bake all day every day anymore, but i still LOVE to create and still really enjoy cake orders when they do come ☺️💕 here’s to doing more of what i love in 2025 !!
