This meal was made with LOVE for YOU. - TGIF Daily

We are currently looking into how to keep serving the communities in need right now. The graciousness and generosity of volunteers and donations have been incredible and we are so thankful! We are exploring different options to see this venture for public good continue as long as it is needed. If you have any suggestions we want to hear them. Peace and blessings.

January 15th was day two of TGIF Daily at Colony Kitchen in Venice. A week ago this was an idea. To serve those in need in times of struggle. Join our mission create and distribute 100 free meals daily. We have a volunteer sign up in our bio and other ways to give as well. Thank you for helping us help Los Angeles. Peace and blessings 🙏🏽

For music makers that yearn for safe spaces to create…

Resonant Roots Writing Camp is my answer. This is a camp that blends wellness with music creation, void of politics, clout, ego, or any weird man made hierarchies created to keep us down. Too many black and brown voices get exploited for another entity’s benefit and that stops with us.

The spaces I’m creating are based in the betterment of the collective, equitable ownership of our creations, community and ancient indigenous practices that also might extend beyond this planet lol

This retreat is a prayer I’ve been praying and a dream I’ve been dreaming for the last year. With the skill sets and practices I’ve been cultivating for almost two decades, the way has been shown to me the more I ask where I’m meant to be of service.

This weekend changed my life…

Hosted my first songwriting camp bridging the gap between wellness, meditation, self expression, safety and collective liberation, frequency with music creation, Chinese medicine, well cooked meals and it went better than I could have dreamed. I wanted this to be a space free of politics, power dynamics, hierarchy and it was exactly that. Humans being human in public show of creativity.

Dreamed of this kind of moment since last year. Big shoutout to the team @a_cosmic_bridge @numu__la_ @gr.i.ff @iamjosesantana @novembersknife

Thank you to everyone who lent their time, energy, love, expression, insane TALENT and here’s to more!
