$Grateful. Alongside many other words to describe my past 4.5 years as the Chef de Cuisine of West End Social at the Aspen Meadows. It comes with greatfulness, respect, sadness and excitement for the future as my family and I head towards a new adventure in Missouri. Please follow along as I take on a new role as Executive Chef @countryclubofmissouri. I am beyond excited for this new adventure and to bring my talents back to the town that started it all. taken in Aspen Meadows Resort by @chefrachelsaxton$

$Some of you may know, but 144 days ago canine cancer became a part of our story. Many days of tears and sadness have come and gone but now we fight. In our dog Lambeau’s memory I will be racing the Audi snowmass50 in just over a month. I’m doing this to celebrate his LOVE for the mountains but also to raise money for @caninecanceralliance Help us fight!! Lambeau’s fundraiser page and story link are in my bio! 💚 taken in Aspen, Colorado by @chefrachelsaxton$

$Myself, and the entire team here at West End Social, want to take a moment to send our love to the culinary world after hearing of the tragic passing of chef James Kent. Chef took a chance on me in 2011, hiring me as an extern at Eleven Madison Park. Those 5 months changed the entire tragectary of my life as a chef. I am beyond blessed and grateful to have worked for such an incredible force in this industry. Sending love from the mountains. Thank you, chef - chef rs by @chefrachelsaxton$
