Thank you to everyone who joined us for our foraging excursion this morning with Chef Rachel. In case you missed it, here are some foraged ingredients that can be used in your culinary creations: . 🪻Lilacs can be used to make lilac sugar to put on top of pastries or create a lilac infused vodka. 🌱Sage provides a great flavor for fish dishes and can also be infused into oils. 🌸Edible flowers like the ones found in our West End Social flower boxes can help you plate your dish to perfection. 🍒Choke cherries which look similar to a grape vine are wonderful to use in an infused vinegar for dressings or marinades. . Should we do another foraging adventure with Chef Rachel soon? Let us know with your vote below 👇
