My brother @chefshorne and the @fatfowlnewyork are joining OxTober with an Oxtail Grilled Cheese and Oxtail Mac and Cheese that are absolutely crazy.

And this one is special to me.

Fun fact: I’m technically the “first employee” of @fatfowlnewyork

And yes, I put that in quotes because I was never actually an employee. We did an event together at the New York Wine & Food Festival back in the day, and somehow I’ve been claiming that “first employee” title ever since.

Okay NYC, you need to know about @fatfowlnewyork because this Viral Oxtail Grilled Cheese was EVERYTHING.

A New Age Caribbean spot serving up comfort food with a creative twist, and yes, that oxtail grilled cheese definitely deserves the hype. I also had to try the rotisserie chicken and some of their sides because we came hungry.

Oxtail Grilled Cheese? Heck yeahhhh

Some new dishes are the Mac n Cheese with Oxtail, Curry Mango Shrimp Burger, def try the Branzino with roasted coconut corn and Quinoa! Ufff just straight fire, the chicken is juicy, the food is cooked right in front of you too.

Brooklyn’s viral Caribbean spot @fatfowlnewyork 🍽️

Fat Fowl inside Dekalb Market Hall is going viral for their oxtail grilled cheese and mac and cheese for a good reason. They pile on generous portions of their tender oxtail and their food is incredible. I also recommend trying their fish sandwich and their famous rotisserie chicken! This was one of my top meals of this summer. Definitely check them out. Thank you @chefshorne for your hospitality!

@fatfowlnewyork is bringing New Age Caribbean flavors to DeKalb Market Hall, but that Oxtail Grilled Cheese? Hands down the best oxtail I’ve EVER had. 🤤

And the Lavender Rotisserie Chicken + Curry Shrimp Burger definitely deserve a spot on the table too!
