At Tulia Italian Steak, each course was thoughtfully paired with wines from Maculan Winery, with Angela Maculan sharing the story behind every pour. A beautiful night of Italian wine, food, and connection around the table.

Success looks different when you know what it cost.

This man isn’t just putting a plate together, pricing it, and going home.

I’ve seen firsthand how much Chef Vincenzo gives to this. The hours. The pressure. The sacrifices. The obsession with doing things properly.

He has truly sacrificed so much of himself for the love of serving others and creating something only he can create.

That’s why when he talks about what success means to him, it carries a different weight.

Because behind every plate, every restaurant, and every guest is a man who gave everything to get here.

Part 1 of 3 — His Story.

Luca cooked. Chef Vincenzo coached. Marc & Nico judged. 👀🍴

The verdict? We need Luca back in the kitchen ASAP. 🇮🇹🔥
