Our Christmas card this year is made inspired on our trip to Mexico. A flag with cutted paper to celebrate a rich culture that we saw and were in love for.

🇬🇧 It had been a long time since I drew, even longer that I accepted any kind of extra work. Then came an invitation from a place that I'm a huge fan! I was so excited! But circumstances didn't allow it to work, even so I'm not going to stop posting this art that I had a lot of difficulty doing. Not because of the art itself, but because of the time gaps I dug to make it, my hands had to take the leap to remember that I knew how to pick up a mechanical pencil, and I still struggled with Covid symptoms that caught me in the end.

Akai ito is a Japanese legend that tells about a red line that connects the pinky fingers of those destined to be together. In this art, nature and people intertwine in love and union, because we will only get somewhere together and respecting the environment in which we live.

🇧🇷🇬🇧 Since Aurora was born I rarely touched my materials, but I’ve made some mandalas for terapy and I’m realy enjoying painting with colour pencil.
