Is there anything better than a 100% gluten free spot? Located in Lancaster, PA, @chellaslancaster offers a fully gluten free menu of Latin American cuisine! I love arepas! If you aren't familiar, it's flat corn dough with filling (think sandwich-esque). While traditionally gf, it's hard to find spots that make them safely. I got the pernil arepa - pulled pork, beans, cheese, and plantains. I made a little bit of a mess eating it lol, but it was amazing!!! Also got a side of yuca fries.

I went to their food truck location. They have another location in downtown Lancaster. I can't wait to return and try more things!!!

First time trying arepas and WOW… I’m officially hooked! 🤤🔥
We stopped at Chellas Arepa Kitchen in Lancaster and got to try ALL of their new specials, homemade drinks, and so many delicious flavors!
🌮 Pork Belly Burger Arepa
🌮 Arepa Burger
🌮 Ay Caramba Arepa Special
🥑 Homemade guacamole (and you KNOW this avocado girl was all about it!)
🍹 Homemade drinks — the mint cucumber was my absolute favorite! 🥒💚
And we have to talk about the yuca fries! They were something completely different for us, but even the kids LOVED them. 🙌
They also have some seriously spicy sauces, which I was VERY happy about because I love my food with a kick! 🌶️🔥 The flavors in everything we tried were incredible, and I honestly loved getting to try something completely new.
We were also lucky enough to meet the owner, who was so sweet and welcoming. ❤️ They even have a food truck, so you have another way to get your arepa fix!
If you’re in Lancaster, Chellas Arepa Kitchen is definitely a must-stop! We can’t wait to come back in the fall and winter and try even more.
