Lately, I’ve been learning to appreciate the woman I am, not just the woman I’m trying to become. ❤️

I appreciate the way I keep going when things get hard. I appreciate the parts of me that are still healing, the parts that are growing, and even the parts I used to wish I could change.

I’m learning that I don’t need anyone else to validate my worth. I can look at myself and say, “You’re doing pretty damn good.” 🥹

So here’s to appreciating me a little more, being kinder to myself, and remembering that I deserve the same love I’m always so willing to give everyone else. 🖤✨ by @chelly_kay90

Some days I don’t think I say it enough, but I’m so incredibly grateful for you, Christian. ❤️

Thank you for being my partner through all of life’s ups and downs. Thank you for keeping me grounded when my mind gets a little too loud, for being there when I need someone, and for reminding me that I don’t have to carry everything on my own.

These last two days could have been a lot harder than they were, but you somehow made them better just by being there. Sometimes you don’t even have to say the right thing or have all the answers. Just having you beside me, knowing I have someone I can lean on, makes a difference more than you probably realize.

Life isn’t always perfect, and neither are we, but having someone beside me who knows me, supports me, and continues to show up means more to me than I could ever put into words.

I’m grateful for the laughs, the memories, the crazy adventures, and especially the moments when I need you the most. Thank you for being my person, my partner, and the one who helps keep me grounded when I need it most.

Four years ago, we took the green flag. 🏁

Since then, we’ve learned that love is a lot like racing. There are clean laps, long green-flag runs, unexpected cautions, pit stops when you need to regroup, and a few moments where you’re just holding on and hoping you make it through the next corner. 😂❤️

But through every restart, every rough stretch, every high and low, we’ve stayed in the race together.

And now here we are, coming through Turn 4 and taking the white flag on Year Four. 🏎️❤️

Christian, you’re my favorite person to share this crazy race called life with. I don’t need every lap to be perfect. I just want to keep making laps with you, making memories, finding our way through the tough turns, and celebrating every checkered flag we get to cross together.

Four years in, and I’d still choose your car to draft behind every single time. ❤️

One lap at a time. One turn at a time. One lifetime together.

I almost didn’t go to @bowmangraystadium tonight.

Social anxiety can be crippling for me, and the thought of going somewhere like this by myself had me coming up with every reason not to go. I almost let that anxiety win.

But I went anyway, and I’m so glad I did. ❤️

Bowman Gray announced today that the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series is coming to the track next year—just nine days before my birthday! 🎉🏁

Then, to top it all off, I got to meet @rajahcaruth_ , my favorite NASCAR O’Reilly driver. 🏁❤️

Tonight reminded me that courage doesn’t always mean feeling fearless. Sometimes, it means showing up even when anxiety tells you not to. By taking that step outside my comfort zone, I got to experience a night I’ll never forget.

I’m so grateful I chose to go. The memories, the excitement, and the chance to meet Rajah made every bit of anxiety worth pushing through. Sometimes, the moments we almost miss become the ones we remember most. 🥹🏁

There are some moments as a mom that make you stop and realize just how quickly time has gone, and today is one of those moments. ❤️

Brad has started high school. I honestly don’t know how we got here so fast. It feels like just yesterday I was holding my baby, learning how to be a mom, and wondering about the person you would grow up to become. Now I’m watching you step into a whole new chapter of your life.

Being your mom has been one of the biggest parts of who I am. I’ve watched you grow, learn, struggle, overcome, and become your own person. I’m so incredibly proud of the young man you are becoming, even if a part of me still sees that little boy I used to hold.

High school will bring new experiences, new friendships, challenges, and memories you’ll carry with you for years to come. I hope you always remember that no matter how old you get or how far life takes you, you will always have your mama in your corner, cheering you on, believing in you, and loving you more than you could ever understand.

I’m so proud of you, Brad. Go make this chapter yours. ❤️

Happy Birthday, Baby Bubba ❤️

Today you would have been 31, and somehow that number doesn’t feel real. It’s hard to put into words what it’s like to celebrate your birthday when you’re no longer here to celebrate it with us.

I still think about you more than you probably ever could have imagined. I think about the memories, the laughs, the little moments, and all the things I wish we could have experienced together as we got older. There are so many times I wish I could pick up the phone, hear your voice, or just have one more day with you.

Losing you changed a part of me forever, but so did loving you. You will always be my baby brother, no matter how many years pass or how much time moves forward.

I hope you know how deeply you are loved and how much you are missed. I’ll carry you with me for the rest of my life.

Happy 12th Birthday to my sweet Bubbi, my Chicken Little. 💙🎉

I can’t believe you’re 12 today. It feels like yesterday you were little enough to fit in my arms, and now you’re growing into such an amazing young man. You make me laugh, keep me on my toes, and remind me every day that life is better with your big heart, goofy personality, and endless curiosity.
