⭐ANNOUNCEMENT⭐

After an incredible 3 years with this sexy drinks team at Stonegate, it’s time to hang up the corporate lanyard, put the laptop down and see what happens next....

I’ve learnt A LOT, met some brilliant people and created some truly questionable cocktail names along the way. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and grateful for the people who’ve made it such a ride, especially @griffithsdrinks @the_mcgurk_effect

What's next?

A well needed break, a lot of martinis and then I'll figure the next bit out.... by @chelsiebailey_bartender

🌟 INTRODUCING – Chelsie Bailey @chelsiebailey_bartender – one of our StarTenders for our Charity Auction Evening on 1st September @nancyscocktails.

Chelsie is a celebrated bartender with nearly two decades of experience under her belt, many accolades, and a fantastic sense of hospitality. She has worked at some of the UK’s best bars, including being Head Bartender at the world-famous American Bar @thesavoylondon, and now has the astonishingly cool role of Head of Drinks Development for Stonegate – literally creating drinks menus that shape the way the UK drinks!

We are so excited to have her as part of our All-Stars Bartender Team, and can’t wait to try her cocktails!

Colours of Pride-Chelsie F Bailey 🖤

Gees, what can I say about CFB that’s safe for social media?

Chelsie has rapidly become one of my closest friends over the last few years, and I couldn’t be prouder of her through the triumphs and the losses 😉.
I first heard about CFB over 10 years ago. Someone told me she’d just won a major competition, and at the time my response was, “Who cares?” Then I found out she was a queer woman, and suddenly I became her #1 fan.

The funny thing is, we didn’t actually meet until another 6–7 years later. When we finally did, we instantly clicked. Since then, she’s become one of my favourite people: fiercely talented, endlessly supportive, wonderfully chaotic, and someone I’m lucky to call a friend.

Colours of Pride 🖤
This Pride, I'm proud to be part of Colours of Pride, bringing together 12 LGBTQIA+ bartenders from 12 bars across London. Using the colours of the Pride flag and their respective Schweppes Expressions, each of us has created a cocktail that reflects our own story, perspective, or connection to the queer community.

I've created ‘Cheeky Highball’, available at @Happiness_hoxton from June 22nd - July 5th, with £1 from every drink sold donated to @equalmeasuresuk.

Cheeky Highball
Whiskey, coconut, rosé vermouth, cherry, Schweppes Soda

I'm excited to share this drink with you and to celebrate the incredible diversity, creativity, and sense of community that make our industry so special!

WORLD CLASS 2026

CHALLENGE 2 - RULE BREAKER

FIZZY RUBY SLUSHIE

Johnnie Walker Ruby, Raspberry Vermouth, Purple Grape Syrup, Dragonfruit Sherbet, Lemon Juice, Bubbles, Slush

What is more fun than a slushie? A fizzy slushie.

I wanted to create a cocktail for the tomorrows whisky drinkers that wasn't just based around an innovative technique but also fun texture and fun flavours.
