Well the last 7 weeks have been a crazy ride and it’s probably not stopping in the immediate future. Had a fabulous holiday and birthday, closely followed by two hospital stays! Gallbladder needs to come out, but they can’t do it until the pancreatitis it caused has settled down 🤦🏻‍♀️ should hopefully be done asap after that though! 🤞🏻

Started 43 singing along to Stronger by Kelly Clarkson during the We Fancy night (hence the gold/silver) and ending it with a delicious strawberry daiquiri 💜

Three years ago today, the most nervous and terrified dog I’ve ever seen came to live with us.

We had to build trust and a relationship very slowly, starting with not making eye contact or touching her more than necessary. The poor girl was scared of her own shadow and just about every noise or movement.

In the last three years, Ghost has come so far, I couldn’t be more proud of her 💜 She is unrecognisable from the dog that arrived.

Especially in the last year or so her bravery has taken a giant step forward. She has started approaching regular visitors for fusses instead of trembling on the opposite side of the room 🥰

Yes, she’s still nervous around strangers that come into her world, but she has done so well and is so affectionate, cheeky and playful. She is the sweetest natured girl and trusts us entirely😍
