There are just some things I don’t mind spending a little extra money on! 😂 A clean house, a fresh mani/pedi, the blankets my family practically fights over, and taking care of my skin are a few of my favorites.

We all have those things that just feel worth it, right?!

Tell me one thing you’ll always splurge on because it’s THAT good! I’m always looking for new favorites! 💕

95° in Texas, but we’re channeling FALL anyway!

I’ve been making these pumpkin flower arrangements for years and thought someone else might love this idea too! I especially love them for hostess gifts. 💐

Save this one for fall! 🤎

What a night at Keystone’s Girlfriend event! 🍎✨

There is just something so special about being in a room full of women who all want to grow in their faith. The worship, the messages, the connection with women who get it… it’s always such a good reset for my soul!

And can we talk about our AMAZING worship team?! 🙌🏼 They always bring it!

So grateful for our leaders who speak truth and for Pastor Susan, who wrote the book we’ll be going through in our next 6-week Bible study. Tonight was the perfect little preview and I’m SO excited to get started!

Our Bible study starts September 22nd and I would love for you to join me! Six weeks of growing in faith, connecting with women, and making time for what matters most. 💕🍎

A few complimentary Junera consultations with Dr. Gordon are still open this month. Text LIFT to 817-660-7623 to grab one. 📞

Cheri received her Junera treatment at no charge in exchange for sharing her results with us.

Now look at that jawline. 👀 Four weeks. One treatment.

That definition didn’t come from filler and it didn’t come from a facial. Junera works from underneath the skin — a thin fiber goes in through a small access point and delivers two laser wavelengths at once. One tightens and remodels collagen. The other softens stubborn pockets of fat.

Minimally invasive. Local anesthesia only. No OR, no general anesthesia.

And here’s what we love about this photo: at four weeks, she isn’t finished. Junera results keep building for 3 to 6 months as new collagen forms.

✨ Text LIFT to 817-660-7623 and we’ll get you on Dr. Gordon’s calendar.

Individual results may vary.

I like to think I bring a little youth and fun to the workplace. But apparently my coworkers may have a slightly different perspective. 🤣

Listen, it’s Friday and it’s been a long week. We’ve worked hard all week and I think we deserve a little laugh at our own expense. 😂

Happy Friday! Hope your weekend is less Jennifer Coolidge and more young & spry. 💕

I’ve been so sad this week over the loss of Dolly. 💔 She was one of a kind, and somehow this week felt like the perfect reminder to laugh, enjoy life, and not take ourselves—or getting older—too seriously.

So when the timing lined up perfectly for my Botox touch-up with Belle at Renew MD, I couldn’t help but think of this Dolly quote. 😂

In honor of Dolly… get the Botox, ladies. 💕

This is what a Tuesday actually looks like around here. 🦋

No script, no lighting setup, no filter. Coffee before the first appointment. A room being turned over. Someone laughing in the hallway about something that wasn’t that funny.

It’s the part nobody posts, and it’s honestly our favorite part.

Come say hello — call or text us at 817-678-5388 / 817-660-7623.

Apparently, we all have very few basic human needs: Jesus is first (obviously), water, oxygen… and whatever it is that brings us an unreasonable amount of joy. 😂

For me? It’s opening an Amazon package. 📦❤️

Do I need it? Maybe not.
Was I excited to see it on my doorstep? Absolutely.
Will I immediately forget what I ordered until I open the box? Also absolutely.

So apparently, opening Amazon packages is one of my basic human needs. And honestly, I’m okay with that.

People are always asking me where I find so many of my cute tops… and honestly, my little secret is Amazon! 🤭

I’ve found some really great blouses and basics there that I wear on repeat (and yes, I’ve also had a few *not so great* finds 🤪).

So I rounded up some of the pieces I’ve actually purchased, worn, and loved in one place. If you’re looking for easy tops that look a little more special without spending a fortune, this is a good place to start!

Happy birthday to our favorite party perpetrator, Cheri Ernzen! 🎉
✨
If you’ve ever walked into Renew and thought, “wow, this is so pretty in here” or noticed the perfect seasonal touch, a beautiful photo display, or fresh flowers on the counter that just make the whole space feel warmer — that’s Cheri. Event coordinator, party planner, community relations expert, and our resident decorator, all wrapped into one incredibly thoughtful person.
✨
She’s the reason our team days feel like celebrations and our celebrations feel like family. She’s also the reason the office always smells like fresh flowers and looks like it belongs in a magazine, one seasonal touch at a time.
✨
Cheri, thank you for making every single day here feel a little more special, in every way you do it. We love you more than we can put in a caption, but we’re trying anyway.
✨
Happy birthday to the one who keeps us laughing, celebrating, decorating, and occasionally “booked” for questionable Halloween decisions. 💛🚨
